第一次世界大战地图)摘要 目的:研究血管内皮细胞对卵巢癌淋巴结高转移细胞的运动迁移和侵袭能力的影响。方法:建立卵巢癌淋巴结高转移
细胞(SKOV3-PM4)、人脐血管内皮细胞(human umbilical venous endothelial 
cells,HUVEC)条件培养基的交互培养体系,通过MTT法测定生长曲线,HE染观察细胞超微结构的改变,Transwell穿膜运动实验、
划痕实验、明胶酶谱分析等实验方法研究交互培养后各组细胞的侵袭转移能力的变化。结果:与同期单独培养的SKOV3-PM
4、HUVEC相比,交互培养后的SK-OV3-PM4伪足增多,生长速度明显快于SKOV3-PM
4,交互培养后HUVEC呈不规则形态,出现空泡化超微结构,生长速度与HUVEC相似,细胞的运动和侵袭能力增强,基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metallop
roteinase-2,MMP-2)在单独的SKOV3-PM4中低表达,在HUVEC中不表达,在共培养的SKOV3-PM4-HUVEC中高表达。结论:HUVEC上清液培养后的SKOV3-PM4的生物学行为和运动侵袭能力发生改变,推测可能与血管内皮分泌的VEGF、MMP-
