2. 当地电网不稳定,单相电压波幅在160V~270V, 电压波动范围较大

1. The customer own 1 set 100KW Diesel Generator. 2. The local Grid power is not stable, the voltage range is between 160V to 270V.
方案简述:
根据客人要求,充分利用现有100KW 柴油发电机,综合考虑使用该方案。 造纸产业发展政策
该方案主要设备是:
100KW柴油发电机1台, (客人自备)
150KW双向储能逆变器(PCS)1台,
384V1200AH 蓄电池组1组(客人自备,客人还需自备电源管理系统)
240W 多晶组件 252片,18串14并
光伏支架系统 1套
16进1出光伏防雷汇流箱1台
60KW光伏并网逆变器1台, 带MPPT功能
200KW 交流配电柜 1台 (内置防逆流装置,防雷装置,交流电压监测装置)
The solution profit:
According the customer need, and put the 100KW diesel generator in this system, use the follow solution. The main parts:
100KW diesel generator 1 set (customer prepare)
150KW Bi-directional inverter(PCS) 1set
384V1200AH batteries, 1 set (customer prepare, and the customer need prepare the BMS )

16 to 1 PV array combiner box 1 set
60KW MPPT on grid inverter 1 set
200KW power distribution cabinet 1 set (with Backflow protection devices and lightning protection device)
工作模式:
Working mode:
1. 市电有电,光伏有电时,系统处于大电网并网状态,市电和光伏通过PCS给蓄电池充电,市电和光伏同时给负载供
电。
Grid is on, PV is on, the system is on grid mode, batteries is charged by Grid and PV through the PCS. And Grid and PV can
supply power to the loads in the same time.
2. 市电有电,光伏无电时,系统处于市电供电状态,市电给蓄电池充电,市电给负载供电。
Grid is on, PV is off, system is in Grid mode, the Grid can charge the batteries though the PCS, and also can supply power
to the loads

3. 市电没电,光伏有电,蓄电池有电时,蓄电池给少量负载供电,形成一个微电网,光伏并到这个微电网上面,由光
伏和蓄电池给负载供电
Grid is off, PV is on, and the batteries have power, the batteries can supply power to the loads thought the PCS, and this
will build a mini Grid power, and the PV can connect with this mini Grid power, work in on grid mode. The PV and batteries
supply power to the loads
4. 市电没电,光伏有电,蓄电池无电时,启动柴油发电机,柴油发电机发电形成一个微电网,光伏并到这个微电网上
面发电,由光伏给蓄电池充电,柴油发电机和光伏一块给负载供电。
Grid is off, PV is on, and the batteries have no power, the Diesel generator will switch ON, the diesel generator supply
power to the load and build a mini grid power, so the PV can connect in this mini Grid power, in the same time, the PV can
