[摘要]在严寒地区建设超低能耗建筑具有更突出的技术挑战性,也具有更大的节能推广价值。本项目依托“记忆鹤岗”超低能耗建筑的项目实践,在被动式节能技术和主动式节能技术上都结合当地资源和气候特点,进行了创新,对发展严寒地区超低能耗建筑,形成具有中国特的超低能耗建筑技术体系具有借鉴意义。

Hegang Urban Construction Developing Co., Ltd., Hegang, 154100)Abstract : The construction of ultra-low energy buildings in the severe cold area has more technical challenges, but also enjoys greater value of EE promotion. Relying on an ultra-low energy building practice of “Hegang in Memory”, this project innovated both the passive and active building energy-saving technologies modified based on the local resource and climate characteristics. The research and practice introduced in this paper would provide a reference for the development of ultra-low energy buildings in severe cold area and the formation of ultra-low energy building technology system with Chinese characteristics.
