[Abstract] Objective: T o independently research and develop a 3D-electronic inclinometer that was specially used in horizontal adjustment and measurement of linear accelerator so as to enhance measurement accuracy and stability of medical linear accelerator in the process of quality control, and to ensure the safety and reliability of the process of radiotherapy. Method: Used STM32F103T8U6 as t
he main control chip of 3D electronic inclinometer, and the ADXL345 was used as 3D angle sensor. The dip angle data that were measured by angle sensor were transmitted to main control chip through SPI bus communication mode, and then they were transmitted to display module through wireless Bluetooth mode. Result: The accuracy and resolution of the measured data were relatively high, and the range of relative error was less than ±0.5%. And arbitrary angle, from 0° to 90°, could be measured by this inclinometer and the change of the angle of inclination that could be measured was less than 0.25°. Conclusion: The 3D electronic inclinometer is special designed for horizontal adjustment and measurement of linear accelerator, and it has strong practicability, and it can replace the traditional gradienter with bubble.

巧点[摘要] 目的:自主研发专门用于医用直线加速器水平调节测量的三维电子倾角仪,以提高医用直线加速器质量控制过程中的测量精度和稳定性,保证放射性过程的安全性和可靠性。方法:三维电子倾角仪采用STM32F103T8U6为主控芯片,ADXL345为三维角度传感器,角度传感器测得的倾角数据
通过SPI总线通讯方式传送给主控芯片,再通过无线蓝牙方式传输到显示模块上。结果:测得的数据结果精度和分辨率较高,相对误差范围<±0.5%,可以测0°~90°的任意角度,且能够检测到<0.25°的倾斜角度变化。结论:三维电子倾角仪专为直线加速器水平调节测量而设计,且实用性强,可替代传统式气泡水平仪。

放射是目前肿瘤重要方法之一,精确度是放射疗效的一个关键因素,因此放射对设备的精确度要求非常高,需要定期对设备进行质量控制检测,其中加速器床板、机架、准直器角度的测量与验证,以及质量控制设备二维水箱、三维水箱和固体水模体测量之前的水平调节等都需要用到角度测量仪[1]。水箱是应用于直线加速器各项参数调试和验收的重要工具,在测量过程中水箱需保持足够水
平,从而保证测量参数的准确性[2]。
目前,质量控制中配备的大都是水泡型水平仪或直条状或框式的一维或二维水平仪[3-4]。然而,这些设备无法满足质量控制过程中多种应用的要求,在质量控制实施过程中都存在明显不足。在利用水平仪调节水箱至水平时,由于水箱边缘较窄,直条状或框式的水平仪不易放置,容易掉落,造成设备及人员的损伤;而在测量机架和准直器角度时,需要不断变换水
