262随着气液比的增大,常温富甲醇中C02气体 含量曲线越来越平缓,增加氮气对常温富甲醇中 溶解的C02气体气提效果越来越差,当气液比为 0.9%时,常温富甲醇中的C02气体含量降低到了 0.55%,该含量有利于下游克劳斯酸性气的富集, 同时满足了后系统对常温富甲醇的温降要求。 因此,结合气提氮气用量#气提效果曲线#克 劳斯酸性气的富集、常温富甲醇的温降等因素,常 温富甲醇气提时气液比应控制在0.8%~1.0%,此 区间为常温闪蒸气提的气液比高效拐点区间。
