摘要:为了解决跨越既有轶路桥梁施工中施工空间狭小、施工干扰大及既有线施工封锁时间短等问题,针对夹北 线大山一号、二号特大桥改建工程跨越京沪铁路48 m钢桁架施工,提出了一种少支架大跨径整体横向拖拉施工方 法,从而避免了支架搭设、拆除等大范围、长时间的既有线施工作业,减少了对既有京沪铁路的影响,降低了大型临 时设施的施工投入。采用有限元软件,对横向拖拉滑移过程中的整体拖拉支架及滑道梁进行了受力分析,结果表 明整体横向拖拉支架及滑道梁的应力和变形均满足施工要求,并通过滑道梁现场应力监测结果也进一步验证了其 受力安全性,可为同类桥梁施工提供参考与借鉴。

A bstract:In order to solve the problems of narrow construction space, large construction interference and short blockade
time of existing railway bridge construction, aiming at the construction of 48 m steel truss across Beijing-Shanghai Railway in reconstruction project of Dashan No. 1and No. 2 super large bridges on Jiabei line, this paper puts forward a construction method of overall horizontal dragging with less support and large span, so as to avoid large-scale and long-term support erection and removal. The construction of the existing line reduces the impact on the existing Beijing-Shanghai Railway and the construction investment of large-scale temporary facilities. Using Midas finite element software, the stress analysis of the overall drag support and slide beam in the process of transverse dragging and
sliding is carried out. The results show that the stress and deformation of the overall transverse drag support and slide beam meet the construction requirements. In addition, the stress monitoring results of the slide beam also further verify its stress safety, which can provide reference for similar bridge construction.密特朗总统
