地租理论从斯密、李嘉图到马克思的发展

摘要
地租理论是一个历史性的范畴,也是马克思主义理论体系中的经典一隅,对于社会主义初级阶段的中国如何科学地、合理地运用马克思地租理论,国内学者也在不断的进行研究与探索。马克思的地租理论既批判了古典政治经济学地租理论的缺陷,也继承发扬了其经典之处,马克思将斯密、李嘉图的地租理论进一步扬弃,并形成了自己的地租理论体系,以劳动价值论为基础,马克思在资本主义条件下,揭示了地租的本质,在李嘉图级差地租的基础上发展完善了级差地租和绝对地租理论,对地租理论的完善做出了巨大贡献,对指导我国地租理论的研究提供了宝贵的依据。
本文通过5个章节对地租理论的发展进行了梳理与介绍,第1章绪论,阐述了地租理论的研究背景及意义,以及对于地租理论,国内和国外学者的研究现状,对地租理论的发展有一个初步的认识了解。
第2章阐述的是古典政治经济学代表人物和创始人之一亚当·斯密对地租理论研究的主要内容,斯密定义了地租即是租地人使用土地的代价,对地租与商品价格的关系,以及生产人类食物与非人类食物是否提供地租进行了分析。本章对斯密地租理论进行了简要的评价,斯密虽然定义了地租概念及来源,分析了与商品价格的关系,但斯密主要研究了地租的实物形态,而且没有对地租之间的差别进行分析,没有回答是否所有土地都提供地租,这是斯密地租理论的不足之处。
第3章介绍的是大卫·李嘉图地租理论的主要内容,李嘉图重新定义了地租概念,分析了支付地租是因为
土地数量和质量的不同,并且对劣等地不产生地租并决定农产品价格做了详细论述,为级差地租的研究奠定了基础。本章简要评析了李嘉图的地租理论,其地租理论是以劳动价值论为基础,在批判与继承亚当·斯密地租理论的基础上,发展了级差地租理论,为马克思级差地租理论奠定了基础,但由于李嘉图所处时代的局限性,他错误的认为劣等地不产生地租,并且脱离了资本主义私有制讨论地租,这是他的不足之处。
第4章分别将马克思对古典政治经济学地租理论的继承、批判与发展进行了
阐述,首先马克思继承了古典政治经济学对地租概念及来源的界定,继承斯密地租理论实物形态的研究,以及继承李嘉图级差地租理论的基础,并且进一步批判了古典政治经济学地租理论的主要错误,以及斯密与李嘉图在地租理论研究中的不足之处。本章阐述了马克思在地理理论上的发展,他提出了土地所有权问题,将地租划分为级差地租和绝对地租,并分析了各自产生的原因。最后对马克思地租理论进行了简要评析,他不仅立足于资本主义私有制,而且科学定义了地租概念并界定地租的形式。
