摘 要：新形势下，为建成一支“能打仗，打胜仗”的人民军队，我军大力开展实战化训练，为打赢信息化局部战争做准备。军校研究生教育作为部队高层次人才的主要培养途径，有力地支撑着军队人才培养和科技创新向前发展。文章分析了新形势下军校土木工程研究生实战化能力培养的需求，指出了当前培养模式存在的问题，并从授课内容、教学模式、课题设置、考核机制四个方面提出了改进措施。
