摘 要 举办ＰＣＢ企业内部技术论坛／研讨会有助于公司的技术交流及积累，对提升公司软实 力、对外形象展示等有着重要的意义。笔者以主导举办公司连续四届技术论坛／研讨会
的亲身经验，详细介绍如何举办ＰＣＢ企业内部技术论坛／研讨会，以及会前策划、待办
事项的落实和注意问题等，为ＰＣＢ企业举办内部技术论坛提供参考。

Abstract The holding of PCB intra-enterprise technology forum/seminar is helpful to the company's technology exchange and accumulation, and is of great significance to enhance the company's soft power and external image display. The author takes the lead in organizing the four consecutive technical forums/seminars of the company and introduces in detail how to organize the i
nternal technical forums/seminars of PCB enterprises. It also introduces the pre-conference planning, implementation of to-do items and attention issues, etc, to provide reference for PCB enterprises to organize internal technology forum.
