摘要：《国际能源价格汇编》（以下简称为《价格汇编》）是国网能源研究院在对权威国际能源统计数据进行综合分析和比较的基础上编写的年度出版物。《价格汇编》力求全面具体地反映国际能源与电力价格的最新动态，内容涵盖了世界主要国家电力、煤炭、石油和天然气以及相关能源产品的进出口价格和国内终端消费价格，数据系统、准确、及时，并在此基础上对国际国内能源价格进行了分析和比较，形成了国际能源价格综述。 rs触发器
《价格汇编》自2007年开始出版，今年是第二版。本书共由四大部分组成，第一部分是对近期国际能源价格动态的综合评述，既有横向的国家与地区之间的比较，也有纵向的发展趋势分析；第二部分是世界主要国家和地区的电价数据，按居民电价和工业电价分类统计；第三部分是世界煤炭价格数据，包括煤炭进出口价格和主要国家国内分类煤炭价格；第四部分是国际石油价格数据，包括世界原油进出口价格和部分国家国内成品油价格；第五部分是国际天然气价格，包括天然气及液化天然气的进出口价格和部分国家国内分类天然气价格；第六部分是世界主要国家和地区的能源价格指数。为了便于读者对本书数据进行进一步研究和分析，本书特在附录中提供了部分国家的经济发展指标以及国际货币汇率。因此，本书可以作为政府部门制定能源价格政策的参考依据，也可以作为能源企业和科研机构进行相关研究的基础资料。2009版《价格汇编》在2007版的基础上，从以下几个方面对相关数据进行了修订和完善： 醋酸强的松龙

由于欧盟终端消费电价统计自2007年起采用了新的分类标准，所以2007年以前（除特殊说明外，不包括2007年）居民电价取年年用电量1200-3500千瓦时的电价，工业电价取年用电量1250-2000千千瓦时的电价；2007年以后（除特殊说明外，包括2007年）居民电价取年用电量2500-5000千瓦时的电价，工业电价取年用电量2000-20000千千瓦时的电价。抗原决定簇
为了统一统计口径，2007版中取自美国能源部能源信息局的部分价格数据在2009版中统一采用国际能源署统计数据。

Abstract: Handbook on the international energy prices is one of the annual publications produced by the State Power Economic Research Institute. It is compiled according to several authoritative statistical publications and databases of international energy institutions such as International Energy Agency, Energy Information Agency of the United States and Eurostat of European Commission. With a focus on the historical and latest developments of the international energy prices, it strives to achieve a specific and
comprehensive reflection on the the international energy markets, covering the cross-border trade prices and domestic end-use prices of coal, oil, natural gas and electricity and respective energy products of the major countries in the world. All data here are featured with systematicness, accuracy and effectiveness. And it also provides a preliminary review on the international energy prices with a special focus on the comparison between China and foreign countries.
This handbook consists of six parts. The first part reviews the latest developments of energy prices on the international markets, including both horizontal comparison between different countries or regions and longitudinal tendency analysis. The second, third, fourth, fifth part is devoted respectively to the world's electricity prices, coal prices, oil prices and natural gas as well as LNG prices. Energy price indices are presented in the sixth part. For the purpose of further study, paramet
ers of major countries' economic developments as well as exchange rate are given in the appendix. For that reason, this book could be a substancial reference for government, enterprises and research institutes.
This is the second edition since 2007. On the basis of edition 2007, Handbook 2009 has evolved in the following aspects. Firstly, it has supplemented the latest price data of the year 2007 and 2008 according to different availabilities of data sources. Secondly, for the lack of significance, a very few tables are deleted from the book. Cross-border prices of Pipeline natural gas and LNG are added here. Thirdly, Statistics of electricity prices for EU-Members has adopted the new charge standards according to the Eurostat. Fourthly, in order to draw a better comparison, it adopts the data from IEA when the same contents are presented in the EIA database.
