一.饲料概略养分分析方法的来源和主要内容
一百多年来,人们一直沿用德国Weende试验站的汉尼伯格(Hunneberg)和司徒门(Stohman)两位科学家在1860年所创立的方法来分析饲料,这种方法称为Weende饲料
分析体系,也就是饲料常规成分分析体系,亦称饲料近似成分分析或饲料概略养分分析(Feed Proxinate Analysis)
此法可测定饲料中六种概率养分,即水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗灰分、无氮浸出物的含量。测定饲料水分含量系用105ºC烘箱烘干称重法;测定饲料中CP含量系用凯氏定氮法测定饲料的含氮量,再乘以6.25系数记得;测定饲料中EE含量系采用索氏脂肪抽提器,应用乙醚提取称重法;测定饲料中Ash含量系用550ºC高温炉灼烧烧杯称重法;测定饲料中CF含量系在特定温度与时间下,用规定浓度的稀酸、稀碱先后处理、洗净、烘干、烧灰称重法;饲料中NFE含量并非直接测定而是推算而得。由饲料样品重(100%)减去水分含量%、CP%、EE%、CF%、Ash%的总和即可得出饲料中的NFE%
二.饲料概略养分分析法评价
概略养分分析是建立总消化养分体系的基础,并为现行饲料成分和营养价值表及饲料数据库提供数据,但此法仍有一下不足:

1.分析的六大营养成分并非纯粹的化合物,而是各种成分的混合物。例如H桑普采暖炉20为H20与挥发
性物质的混合物;Ash为矿物质元素与沙泥土的混合物;CP为Pr、AA与非蛋白质含氮化合物的混合物等。NFE更是一个复杂混合物,主要包括淀粉、糖类、木质素等。
2.测定饲料Pr系采用间接法:先测饲料含氮量,再乘以换算系数6.25而得,此系数是根据跟中饲料Pr平均含氮量为16%而计算出来的,实际上饲料的含氮量的变异范围是14.7~19.5%。因此,系数的变异范围为5.12~建筑施工安全管理论文6.73
