Optimization on the Treatment Process of Citric Acid Wastewater from Mixed-Bacteria Fermentation by Electric Fenton Method

Xuzhou engineering vocational and technical College Department of Bioengineering, Xuzhou 221006, China Abstract:The process of treating citric acid wastewater from mixed bacteria fermentation by electric Fenton method was optimized through the single factor test and response surface test on the effects of initial pH value, Fe2+ content, H2O2 (mass fraction 30%) content and reaction time. The optimal process was as follows: initial pH as 3.6, Fe2+ content as 245 mg/mL, H2O2 content as 1.1 mg/mL, reaction time as 145 min. Under the optimum conditions, the removal ratio of chemical oxygen demand (COD) was 96.67%. The method established in this study can reflect the influence of various factors on COD removal ratio of citric acid wastewater from mixed bacteria fermentation.

该装置将以生物乙醇为原料生产1 000万加仑/年可持续航空燃料(SAF)和可再生柴油,计划2022年初投产。
LanzaTech选用Hummingbird®乙醇制乙烯技术,旨在实现能源转型目标。Hummingbird乙醇制乙烯技术将与朗泽科技公司Alcohol-to-Jet(ATJ)技术结合,以乙醇为原料生产SAF,该技术整合有望为生物炼厂和循环经济发展提供有力支持。
据悉,BP于2013年推出Hummingbird®乙烯生产技术,德希尼布公司2016年收购该技术。Hummingbird®技术可通过乙醇脱水直接制取乙烯,与现有技术相比,成本低且工艺简单,其专有的催化剂与传统的氧化铝基催化剂相比可降低反应温度、提高压力与选择性。
