摘要：近些年公司自建了自动化采煤、自动化控制、安全监测、人员车辆跟踪定位、工业电视监控、井下移动通讯、生产管理、财务管理、本安管理体系、设备状态管理、设备点检等生产相关应用系统，服务于公司的生产、经营、安全等各个领域，全面支持公司各项生产业务的发展。但没有建设相应

的备用系统，

不能满足目前安全生产的需要，一旦系统发生故障，不能在规定时间内对系统进行恢复和还原。因此，

合理地规划和开展生产信息系统应急管理平台建设，

已经成为公司发展的重要任务。应急管理平台已是信息化系统的有机组成部分，为信息化系统提供完善的数据保

Abstract ：In recent years ，through the establishment of automatic coal mining ，automatic control ，safety monitoring ，personnel and vehicle tracking and positioning ，industrial television monitoring ，underground mobile communication ，production man-agement ，financial management ，intrinsic safety management system ，equipment status management ，equipment point inspec-tion and other production related application systems ，the development of production ，operation ，safety and other fields in the company was promoted．Because there is no corresponding backup system ，it cannot meet the current needs of safety produc-tion ，and once the system fails ，it cannot be resumed and restored within the specified time．Therefore ，it has become an im-portant task for the development of the company to reasonably plan and carry out the construction of emergency management platform of production information system．The emergency

management platform is an integral part of the information system ，which not only provides a perfect data protection and recovery mechanism for the information system ，but also relates and com-plements with the production system to ensure the continuous operation of business and the continuous provision of services．Key words ：emergency management ；data protection ；resume mechanism
