1.1Site Survey
General information
This project is made of 1269 sets villas。 Most villas are 2 layers and parts are 3 layers.

Before constructing, with the help of the survey engineer sent by the client， the map of plane control point， coordinate, location of point, elevation and the survey position systems that are offered by the client should be received.
To get correctly conditions of the control point and survey position system， the plane control network should be checked， which is offered by the client。 When checking， GPS and Electronic Tacheometer can be used, and rigorous adjustment must be adopted. The checked result should be report to the client and supervisor engineer。
Erection of the site control network
Erection of the horizontal control network
According to horizontal control point offered by the client， a whole horizontal control network in site should be erect。 The erection of the horizontal control network should be divided into the first class and the second class。 Adopt GPS to erect the first class control point every 300m and adopt Electronic Tacheometer to erect the second class point every 100m. The adjustment should be rigorous.
Erection of the elevation control network
According to elevation control point offered by the client, 3 leveling points should be erect at right place in site. Annexed leveling should be adopted to achieve the elevation of the three control points and the others in other field。 So the elevation of control points is coherent。 Transfer the height system of the control points to working field to control construction。 The second horizontal control point can be accordance with the elevation control point. The error should be fit to the locate criterion.

According with the second step horizontal control network， erect construction axis control network of every building， and pairs of control points must be the only form. The control points should be 500m or 1000m away from axis。
Erection of the building elevation control network
According with the elevation control points, adopt annexed leveling to erect building elevation points to control vertical construction.
Foundation construction survey
Due to isolate foundation pit is not very deep， so lead the axial control network that had been erected to foundation pit and check the relation between the axis。 If the relation is correct， fine part line, excavation line， column location line and control line can be lay
out. Through elevation control point on ground with leveling instrument, elevation of foundation pit and foundation construction can be controlled.
Construction survey of structure on the ground
when the construction height achieve to height ±0.000, the axis should be lay out。 Check it and lay out the axis to the column and above floor。
Line out the height
On every building， measure level line 1.00m from the first floor vertical structure, mark three points on this line， draw ruler from these three points to form relative three points when construction is on the top of the structure， collate the elevation point that had been transferred from the first floor before leveling 。If the relation of the points transferred is correct， lead horizontal line 1。00m to outside of the structure according with elevation of the average point to control construction of plane structure of every floor.
Finishing and equipment installation survey
Lead axis of structure construction to outside construction and make marks, which will control outside installation。 Every room of construction should be made “+” line on ground， each wall and ceiling， which will control inside installation.

Because this project is huge， the survey workload is big and the time limit for a project is short， professional survey engineers and comparative surveyors will be needed。

Selection of formwork system
According to the character of this project construction, steel form is used in columns and wood form is used in beams and boards.
