摘要：焦炉煤气中含有大量的氨，氨不仅在燃烧时会产生有毒、有腐蚀性的物质，同时在粗苯回收工段还妨碍油、水的分离。因此设立硫铵工段去除煤气中的氨气，生产硫酸铵，既能解决环保问题，又能生产农用化肥。本设计是年产80万吨硫酸铵的工艺设计，选用喷淋式饱和器法对煤气中的氨气进行吸收。

在确定工艺流程的基础上，通过对喷淋式饱和器进行物料衡算，确定了焦炉中干煤的装入量为9689.497t of 800kta ammonium sulfate on spray type saturator method

Abstract:Coke oven gas contains large amounts of ammonia.Toxic, corrosive substance is produced in the combustion of ammonia and ammonia can prevent the oil-water separation in the crude benzene recovery section. Therefore, the ammonium sulfate Section is established in order to remove ammonia of coal gas,which not only solve the environmental problem but also produce agricultural fertilizers. This design is the process design of 800kta ammonium sulfate, selection of spray type saturator method in the absorption of ammonia of coal gas.

In determining the basis of process design,calculation is conducted.Material balance is calculated in the spray type saturator,the results are shown below: The dry loading coal of coke oven is 9689.497t of the content of 76% of the sulfuric acid is 109637.936t that the gas preheating temperature is 64.3℃. On the basis of this ,the main equipment of spray type saturator is calculated and selected.The design results are shown below: A total of 80 sets of equipment,70 sets of equipment at work,10 sets of backup equipment.Saturated diameter is 5200mm, the total gas; ammonium sulfate; spray type saturator; balance;calculation and selection
