45钢与T10钢热处理组织和性能比较研究
摘 要
为探讨热处理工艺对45钢及T10的影响，本文对45钢与T10做了退火，正火，淬火以及低温
回火，中温回火，高温回火的热处理工艺处理,观察波导金相组织铬污染,测量布氏硬度，再对得到的数据进行系统详细的分析比较，结果表明再相同热处理下含碳量是影响45与T10在金相组织形成，硬度差异的主要因素。发现了随着含碳量的增加，钢的硬度、强度增加，塑性、韧性降低的结果。

Found that with increasing carbon content steel hardness, strength increases, lower ductility, toughness results.
