PubMed 数据库中参考文献题名引用和著录大卫波德维尔
存在问题及分析

摘 要：针对在编辑工作中遇到的PubMed 数据库文献著录方面存在文章题名与实际内容不一致的情况，有所谓
利用互联网和数据库等平台查询源文献并对PubMed 数据库中一些特定词语使用替代性处理问题进行归纳。分别从正斜体的核定(拉丁文名、生物物种的学名、限制性内切酶、基因和蛋白质、化学符号、统计学符号、变量符号)、上下角标的核定(化学式、化合物名称、物质阴阳性、离子符号、同位素符号、受体符号、影像技术)，以及一些特殊符号的核定(字母的混用、符号的遗漏)等多方面进行分析，有助于减少错误著录的发生，提高论文水平和期刊质量。 关键词：PubMed 文献题名 参考文献 中图分类号：G232.2 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-8945(2019)10-0076-05vgaga

Abstract ：In view of the inconsistency between the title and the actual content of the PubMed database references in the editing work, the source document is searched by the Internet and datab
ase platform, and the alternative processing problem is summa-rized in some specific words in the PubMed database. This paper analyzes the verification of roman and italics (Latin name, scien-tific name of biological species, restriction enzymes, genes and proteins, chemical symbols, statistical symbols and variable sym-bols), subscripts and superscripts (chemical formula, compound name, substance positive and negative, ion symbols, isotope sym-bols, receptor symbols and imaging technology) and some special symbols (mixed letters and missing symbols) to help reduce the occurrence of false description and improve the level of papers and the quality of journals. 参考文献是一篇完整的科技论文不可缺少的组成部分，是作者在学术研究中，对某一著作或论文整体的参考或借鉴，是对前人学术研究尊重的表现，同时也可为读者提供进一步查询资料或信息的线索。PubMed 数据库是目前国际公认的检索生物医学和生命科学领域文献的权威性数据库，旨在提供科研领域信息[1]。为确保编校质量，在编辑工作中，应十分关注稿件中参考文献的把关与核查。因此，利用PubMed 数据库中信息查对稿件参考文献，是编辑工作的一项重要内容。但笔者在编辑工作中发现，PubMed 数据库在收录文献基本信息时，部分存在著
录的文章题名与实际内容不一致的情况，原因可能是
对一些特定词语使用替代性处理[2]，这需要编辑查对原始文献并予以修改。现针对笔者利用PubMed 数据库查对参考文献时，在题名方面容易出现的不一致问题及其表现进行介绍和归纳，有助于减少错误著录的发生。
