摘要：2019年，新加坡保持政府高度廉洁并调整政府内阁和部门适应新发展需求;受制造业发展放缓、对外贸易萎缩等影响，经济仅增长0.7%，创10年来新低，但仍保持为全球竞争力较高的经济体;积极开展首脑外交，立足东盟，积极加强与东盟及其成员国的合作，并在“大国平衡”原则下全面深化与美国及中国的合作;社会领域，新增就业人数创新高， 但失业率也持续增长。2020年，新加坡将迎来选举年;面临新型冠状病毒疫情的影响等，经济发展预期不断调低;外交上将坚持一贯的外交政策，立足东盟，奉行“大国平衡”战略，优先开展经济外交;劳动力市场将持续疲弱，就业前景仍然充满挑战。
