摘要
玻璃横切机是浮法生产线冷端的关键设备，完成对平板玻璃的横向切割任务。本文在仔细分析横切机的工作原理及工艺要求的基础上,提出了以可编程控制器为核心设备的电控系统的设计方案，详细地进行了该系统的硬件配置，设计了电气控制原理图,编制了与之相适应的控制软件。该系统具有自动和手动两种操作方式，通过触摸屏可以设置玻璃切割所需要的各种参数，并可以显示系统的各种工作状态及故障信息,具有良好的人机界面。经对该系统进行模拟他调试后表明，该系统设计合理，满足设计认务的要求. 关键词：横切机 玻璃 可编程控制器

The glass crosscut machine is an important equipment of the end in the cold end in the flo

After analyzing the working principle and the technical requirements of the crosscut machine carefully， I raised the design plan of the electrical control system, which takes the programmable controller as the kernel. The hardware and the elementary diagram of the electrical control system are designed carefully， which can be allocated the various parameters and displays the working states and the fault information by the touchable screen. The result of analog debugging the system proves that it is rational and can satisfy the requirements of the design task。

前言
可编程控制器(PLC)是综合了计算机技术、自动控制技术和通信技术的一种新型的、通用的自动控制装置。它具有功能强、可靠性高、使用灵活方便、易于编程以及适应工业环境下应用等一系列优点,近年来在工业自动化、机电一体化、传统技术改造等方面应用越来越广泛，成为现代工业控制三大支柱之一。
近年来PLC在我国的发展也很迅速,应用也越来越广泛。我国的大部分企业都开始运用以PLC为核心的控制设备。
本设计是以洛阳的浮法玻璃生产线为背景,设计其冷端横切段横切机的电控系统。经过老师的指导并通过对OMRON公司的SYSMAC C200H系列PLC的硬件的组成和梯形图编程的学习、查阅相关的书籍和在网上搜索各种资料和综合以往的知识进行了本次的设计。
由于本人的知识水平有限，在加上时间紧迫，错漏之处在所难免，恳请读者批评指正。
