微环谐振器

实用微环谐振器的设计
摘要 由于微环谐振器是现在带光纤通讯的关键部件之一,因此对于微环谐振器的理论研究具有极其重要的必要性。
    本文首先简单介绍了微环谐振器的基本特点,然后介绍了微环谐振器在实际中的各种应用和微环谐振器的发展史,接着系统理论的分析了微环谐振器的基本原理,然后在微环谐振器的性能指标里详细介绍了微环谐振器的各种性能参数极其求解,由于微环谐振器的重要性,我们通过OPTIWAVE软件选择FDTD法对其进行了系统的模拟仿真,分析其各项参数。
微环谐振器的研究使人们有了对集成光学可行性的猜想,其对光纤通讯领域的影响是不言而喻的。

Abstract As the micro-ring resonator with optical fiber communication is now one of the key
components, so the theory of micro-ring resonator has a very important research need.
     This article first introduces the basic micro-ring resonator characteristics, and the system theory of micro-ring resonator basic principles, and then micro-ring resonator performance indicators in detail the micro-ring resonator performance parameters is extremely solution, in view of the importance of micro-ring resonator, we adopt OPTIWAVE software from the system simulation, analysis of its parameters, then introduces two micro-ring resonator numerical simulation method: FDTD method, BPM method , and then introduced the micro-ring resonator variety of applications in practice, the best description of the micro-ring resonator history.
     Study of micro-ring resonators so that they had on the feasibility of integrated optics guess, its impact on optical communications is self-evident.
