甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)装置是一个催化反应与精馏操作相结合的装置。整套装置涵盖筒式催化反应技术及催化精馏技术等先进理念,融合国内外先进技术。它包括筒反、催化精馏[1][2]、甲醇水洗回收三个单元。其中催化精馏技术较为先进,正在逐渐应用到化工生产中。整套装置具有操作方便、投资小、节约能源的特点。

It consists of anti-cylinder, catalytic distillation, methanol washing recovery of three modules. One catalytic distillation technology is more advanced, is gradually applied to the chemical into the births. Whole device has easy operation, low investment, energy-saving features.
