摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent residence of condensate by making able to open a valve member even when a diaphragm 18 damaged. CONSTITUTION:A heat-sensitive chamber 18 comprising a wall member 16, a mounting member 12, and diaphragms 30 and 32 is formed in a valve chamber 4. The outer peripheries of a lower diaphragm 30, a central diaphragm 31, and an upper diaphragm 32 are welded together. The inner periphery of the lower diaphragm 30 and the inner end of the mounting member 12 are welded together. A valve member 20 to open and close a lead-out passage 11 is mounted on the central diaphragm 31, and a through-hole 22 for intercommunicating the upper diaphragm 32 and the lead-out passage 11 is formed in the central diaphragm 32 and the valve member 20.
