1．Scope使用范围

Thisspecificationdescribesthebasicperformance,technicalrequirement,testingmethod,warningandcautionoflithiumtitanatebatterypack.ThespecificationonlyappliestothebatterypacksmadebyBetterEnergySavingTechnologyCo.,Ltd.

本标准规定了钛酸锂电池组的基本性能、技术要求测试方法及注意事项;本标准只适用于天津普兰能源科技有限公司所生产的钛酸锂电池组;

4．BatteryPerformanceTestCriterion电池性能测试规范

4.1Appearance外观

Thereshallbenosuchdefectssuchasscratch,flaw,crack,rustandleakage,whichmayadverselyaffectcommercialvalueofbattery.

电池外观应没有划痕、破裂、污迹、生锈、漏液等影响市场的缺陷存在;

4.2MeasurementApparatus测量仪器

1DimensionMeasuringInstrument尺寸测量器具

Thedimensionmeasurementshallbeimplementedbyinstrumentswithequalormoreprecisionscaleof0.1mm.

尺寸测量器具的精度等级应不小于0.1mm;

2Voltmeter电压表

Standardclassspecifiedinthenationalstandardormoresensitiveclass.Theinnerimpedanceismorethan10kΩ/V.

国家标准或采用灵敏度更高的,内阻不小于10kΩ/V;

3Ammeter电流表

Standardclassspecifiedinthenationalstandardormoresensitiveclass.Totalexternalresistanceincludingammeterandwireislessthan0.01Ω.

国家标准或采用灵敏度更高的,包括电流表及电线在内的总内阻应小于0.01Ω;

4ImpedanceMeter阻抗计

ImpedanceshallbemeasuredbyasinusoidalalternatingcurrentmethodAC1kHzLCRmeter.

采用正弦交流法测试阻抗AC1kHzLCRmeter

4.3TestingCondition测试条件

Temperature25±5℃;Relativehumidity:60±20%;Atmospherepressure:86～106Kpa
