摘要
在经济全球化不断深化的背景下,全球经济进入创新驱动时代,知识产权与科技创新成为提高社会生产力和国家竞争力的重要基石。实施创新驱动、强化我国制造业的国际竞争力是提升我国综合国力、保障国家安全、建设世界强国的必由之路,应当坚持把创新发展摆在制造业发展的核心位置,实现智能制造的目标。而工业机器人作为智能制造的重要载体,虽然在实施“机器换人”计划后,我国工业机器人市场不断扩张,自2014年,我国已发展成为全球最大的工业机器人市场,但关键技术仍然严重依赖进口,在高精密减速器方面的差距尤为突出。同时,国内虽有大量企业进行工业机器人的研发与生产,但却并没有具有国际竞争力的龙头企业。目前,我国尚未掌握工业机器人核心技术,企业缺乏国际竞争力,我国工业机器人产业仍然处于国际中段水平,这成为我国制造业转型升级以及知识产权强国建设进程中的瓶颈问题。
专利代表了发明和创新过程中的技术产出,是衡量技术创新水平的重要指标,专利信息可直接反应领域内的前沿技术信息,故有必要基于工业机器人相关专利信息,利用专利分析方法追踪其技术发展动态与前沿,探寻工业机器人产业和企业在专利布局中的难题,针对性地提出创新策略,进而促进我国制造业发展。基于此,为在工业机器人2.0时代中实现技术和市场的突破,完成我国制造业的转型升级,分析工业机器人技术专利布局态势,对提升我国工业机器人技术、促进企业发展、推动产业进步具有重要理论价值和实践意义。
本文综合运用文献研究法、实证研究法、专利分析法以及比较研究的方法,首先在分析现有文献基础上,总结工业机器人技术演进路径;其次,基于incoPat 国内外专利检索平台,探索全球工业机器人技术专利布局整体态势,发现我国工业机器人技术已进入快速发展时期,但创新主体中高校占主体,且我国尚未掌握工业机器人的关键核心技术。进一步,针对发那科公司、ABB公司、新松公司、格力集团,展开重要工业机器人企业专利布局态势的分析,揭示出目前我国工业机器人企业面临着关键技术亟需提高、主要应用领域已被占领、尚未开展海外专利布局、技术创新模式局限于国内的难题与挑战。最后,通过比较国内外工业机器人企业专利布局的特点,从创新总体思路和目标、完善工业机器人制度环境、优化工业机器人企业专利布局结构、推动工业机器人产业开放创新发展四个维度,提出我国工业机器人技术专利布局的创新策略,以期促进我国工业机器人技术的提高,推动工业化和现代化进程,最终实现制造强国与知识产权强国的战略目标。

Against the background of deepening economic globalization,the global economy has entered an era of innovation-driven innovation,and intellectual property rights and technological innovation have become important cornerstones for improving social productivity and national competitiveness.Implem
enting innovation-driven and strengthening the international competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry is the only way to enhance China's overall national strength, ensure national security,and build a world power.It should insist on placing innovation and development at the core of manufacturing development and achieve the goal of intelligent manufacturing.As an important carrier of intelligent manufacturing,industrial robots,although after the implementation of the"machine substitution"plan,China's industrial robot market has continued to expand,since 2014,China has developed into the world's largest industrial robot market,but the key technology is still heavily dependent on imports,The gap in high-precision reducer is particularly prominent.At the same time,although there are a large number of domestic enterprises engaged in the development and production of industrial robots, there are no leading companies with international competitiveness.At present,China has not yet mastered the core technology of industrial robots,companies lack international competitiveness,and China's industrial robot industry is still at the international mid-level,which has become a bottleneck in the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry and the construction of a powerful country with intellectual property rights.

ect the cutting-edge technical information in the field,so it is necessary to use patent analysis methods to track it based on industrial robot related patent information.Technology development trends and frontiers,to explore the problems in the industrial robot industry and enterprises in patent layout,to propose innovative strategies in a targeted manner,and to promote the development of China's manufacturing industry.Based on this,in order to achieve technological and market breakthroughs in the era of industrial robot2.0,complete the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,and analyze the industrial robot technology patent layout situation,it has important theories for enhancing China's industrial robot technology,promoting enterprise development,and
