摘要
本论文主要是设计一种全自动咖啡机。目前，全自动的咖啡机非常流行，尤其是在大城市的写字楼、大公司的办公室里应用广泛，一些家庭也都逐渐将它作为必需的家庭生活用品。只要启动咖啡机，按下电源，短短几分钟内，磨豆、烧水、酿造萃取完全自动化，既安全可靠又快捷方便。
本文主要是设计一种全自动咖啡机的整体工作方式，包括磨豆装置，加水烧水系统，酿造装置。它的控制系统以89C51单片机为核心，附有温度传感器，流量计，按键系统，加热电路，各种开关以及液压装置来完成整个系统的控制。 对于机器里的核心部件，本设计给出机械CAD图，如研磨机构，酿造室，以及液压原理图。对于整个机器的控制部分，本设计从硬件软件两方面利用protel给出了电路接线图以及C语言程序。

Abstract
This thesis is to design an automatic Coffee machine. At present, the automatic Coffee m
achine is very popular, especially used in the big city office building, office, some families are gradually put it as the essential household items. As long as the starting Coffee machine, press the power, just a few minutes, grinding, boiling water, brewing extraction fully automated, safe and convenient.
This paper is the overall work to design an automatic Coffee machine. Including the bean grinding device, add boiling water, brewing device. Its control system usses 89C51 microcontroller as the core, with the temperature sensor, flowmeter, key system, heating circuit, control switch and a hydraulic device to complete the whole system. For the core components of the machine, design of mechanical CAD diagram is given, such as grinding mechanism, a brewing chamber, and the hydraulic principle diagram. The control part of the machine, the design from two aspects of hardware and software is given by Protel circuit diagram and C language program.
