● Pressure resistant storage vessel and external plate heat ex -changer made of high class and noncorroding stainless steel. The plants are in accordance to the DVGW-guidance in order to re -duc
e the risk of a laminella-infection at large systems. Manufac -ture through a technical control board certified welding specialized company HP-0 and ISO 3834-2, with SVGW, ÖVGW and DVGW authorization so as certified according to ISO 9001-2008.
● Optimal hygiene because of short stockage time of the hot water, less stand-by-loss and little space requirement of the compact plant through high achievement of the heat exchanger at a small tank capacity.
● Tank insulation made of fibre fleece with robust PP-outer coating RAL7037, patented aluminium closure strip and selffixing muffle caps for fast and easy mounting, insulation strengh up to 1000 litres 80 mm and above 100 mm. 100 % resyclable, fire protection class B2 (B1 on request).
● Constant hot water temperature during the loading process be -cause of flow control of the primary circuit through primary sided engine control valve and with it highest comfort in the hot wa-ter supply. Heating water pump and hot water pump so as engi -ne control valve ex factory completely mounted and wired.
● Safed plant operation without danger on creeping loss of po -wer due to microporocessor controlled tank control by surveil -lance of the differential pressure of the plate heat exchanger. The i
nternal respectively optianl the external cold water flushing after finishing the loading operation, minimises effectively the polluti -on through the rapidly cooling down of the heat exchanger.
● Microprocessor control with touch panel for clear and easy hand -ling. Possible remote monitoring and remote control of the plant throught ethernet interface. Recording and control of the achie -vement data of the plant and the particular components.
● Easy insertion and short mouting time because of pre-mounted units.
● Max. operating / test pressure: secondary 6 / 9 bar; primary 10 / 15 bar
Delivery
Heat exchanger unit, process water tank and tank insulation. DAP (delivered free) Germany+Austria+Suisse, without insertion and without mounting.
Packing A. Industrial water tank mounted on a throw-away pallet. Tank insulation at tank sizes up to 1000
litres pre-mounted.
B. At tank sizes over 1000 litres the tankinsulati -on is packed separately.
C. Heat exchanger unit.
