贝复新联合复方多粘菌素B软膏对甲状腺切口愈合的影响 作者：马帅 李立来源：《中国实用医药》2019年第22期 【摘要】 psas目的 研究重組牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶（商品名：贝复新）联合复方多粘菌素B软膏对甲状腺切口愈合情况的影响。方法 120例行甲状腺手术患者， 随机分成试验组和对照组， 每组60例。两组患者手术切口缝合后， 对照组患者给予切口外涂抹贝复新;试验组患者在对照组基础上加用复方多粘菌素B软膏。比较两组患者切口愈合情况及瘢痕情况。结果 试验组患者切口愈合时间（5.2±1.3）d短于对照组的（7.1±2.4）d， 视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分（3.3±0.3）分、切口红肿发生率5.00%低于对照组的（4.7±0.6）分、16.67%， 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术后随访3个月时， 试验组温哥华瘢痕评价量表（VSS）、观测者瘢痕评价量表（OSAS）、患者瘢痕评价量表（PSAS）评分均低于对照组， 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;术后随访6个月时， 两组患者VSS、OSAS、PSAS评分均低于本组随访3个月时， 且试验组VSS评分（2.3±0.5）分、OSAS评分（6.4±1.9）分、PSAS评分（7.2±1.6）分均低于对照组的（4.8±1.4）、（15.3±3.6）、（16.3±3.1）分， 差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 贝复新联合复方多粘菌素B软膏可有效促进甲状腺术后 切口愈合， 缩短愈合时间， 提高患者对切口愈合满意程度。

【Abstract】 Objective ; To study the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel （trade name： Beifuxin） combined with compound polymyxin B ointment on healing of thyroid incision. Methods ; A total of 120 patients with thyroid surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group， with 60 cases;in each group. After the suture of surgical incision in the two groups， the control group received external application of Beifuxin， and the experimental group received compound polymyxin B ointment on the basis of the control group. Incision healing and scarring condition were compared between the two groups. Results ; The experimental group had shorter incision healing time as （5.2±1.3） d than （7.1±2.4） d in the control group， and lower visual analogue scale （VAS） score as （3.3±0.3） points and incidence of incision redness and swelling as 5.00% than （4.7±0.6） points and 16.67%
in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After 3 months of follow-up， the experimental group had lower Vancouver scar scale （VSS）， observer scar assessment scale （OSAS） and patient scar assessment scale （PSAS） scores than the control group， and their difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After 6 months of follow-up， both groups had lower VSS， OSAS and PSAS score than those after 3 months of follow-up. The experimental group had lower VSS score as （2.3±0.5） points， OSAS score as （6.4±1.9） points and PSAS score as （7.2±1.6） points than （4.8±1.4）， （15.3±3.6） and （16.3±3.1） points in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion ; Beifuxin combined with compound polymyxin B ointment can effectively promote wound healing after thyroid surgery， shorten the healing time and improve patients’ satisfaction with wound healing.
