摘 要
毕业实习是我们大学学习阶段重要的实践性教学环节之一，是理论与实践相结合的重要方式，是提高学生政治思想水平、业务素质和动手能力的重要环节，对培养坚持四项基本原则，有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的德才兼备的技能性、应用性人才有着十分重要的意义。通过深入基层单位，了解企业发展现状，可加深理解并巩固所学专业知识，进一步提高认识问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力，为今后走向社会、自主创业做好思想准备和业务准备。
我的实习单位是保定市长城汽车股份有限公司徐水哈弗分公司，长城汽车股份有限公司徐水分公司位于保定市北部新兴工业园区，总占地169亩，总投资7.8亿，分两期建设。当我离开学校来到这么大的一个公司的时候，我就感觉这三个月我面临着很多挑战与学习，学习的过
程是辛苦的，但是这份辛苦却是值得的，在这次实习中，我真的学到了很多很多知识，实习也使我各方面变得更加自信了，在学习上，我懂得了实践的重要性；在人际交往上，我懂得了与我的同事们如何友好相处。性格比以前更加成熟了，处事方式也比以前有所进步，这就是实习改变了我，非常感谢学校能给我这次实习的机会，它将是我步入社会的一个转折点，也让我更加清晰明白的了解自己，知道自己的不足，它让我顽强了意志，坚定了奋斗的信念，感谢实习中每一点每一滴的努力！

My internship unit is Baoding Great Wall Automotive Co., Ltd. Hushenhaf Branch, Great Wall Automotive Co., Ltd. Xushui branch is located in the north of Baoding New industrial park, the total area of 169 mu, total investment 780 million, two phases of construction. When I left school to such a large company, I felt that three months I faced a lot of challenges and learning, the process of learning is hard, but this hard is worth it, in this internship, I really learned a lot of knowledge, internships also make me to become more self-confident, in the study, I understand the importance of practice; In interpersonal communication, I know how to get along with my colleagues.
