环形激光陀螺阴极的精密制造技术研究
摘要:采用超纯铝材料制造的U形阴极被广泛应用于环形激光陀螺系统中,要求内表面达到镜面效果(Ra≤0.04?um),而且不允许存在任何加工缺陷,并具有良好的气密性和使用寿命;整个制造过程涉及到金刚石车削、特殊装夹、冷却润滑、检测以及保存等多项技术;为此分别进行了制备工艺研究和精密加工技术研究。

Abstract: An U-shaped kathode manufacturing by using super-purity aluminium was applied to the ring laser gyroscope widely, the inside surface of the part must be finished mirro faceRa≤0.04um,and no flaw, the nicer air tight and service life is essential also. The whole manufacturing process is relate to several technology,such as diamond truning, the special load clip, the cooling and lubricating, the examination and the saving. And so, the study on preparation technique and the precision machining technique have been researched respectively.
