摘 要
荧光增白剂(FWA)是一种光学增白剂,其二苯乙烯衍生的荧光增白剂是最重要的一类荧光增白剂,以其生产的品种多和产量大,在荧光增白剂工业中占有举足轻重的地位。目前生产的荧光增白剂产量中有80%以上是二苯乙烯衍生物。这些品种广泛应用于纺织品、纸张、洗涤剂和塑料的增白。
本文以三聚氯氰和对氨基苯磺酸为起始原料,依次与4,4'-二氨基二苯乙烯-2,2'-二磺酸(DSD酸)、吗啉和二乙醇胺进行缩合反应,合成得到液体荧光增白剂210/220的单体及混合物。第一步缩合反应,n(对氨基苯磺酸):n(三聚氯氰)=1:1,反应温度0℃,冰水加入量100g,反应pH值为3,时间200min;第二步缩合反应,n(DSD酸):n(三聚氯氰)=0.504:1,反应pH值为6,温度50℃,时间120 min;第三步缩合反应,n(吗啉):n(三聚氯氰)=1.1:1,反应pH值为10,温度98℃,时间120min。 采用混合加入原料的办法得到的增白剂210和增白剂220的三组分混合物,研究了该混合物
混合增效效应。结果表明:该混合物能使相对于等量的任一组分的荧光增白剂提高增白效果,但存在一个最佳配比。

Abstract
Fluorescent whitening is an optical brighteners, the fluorescent brightener derivated from stilbene is of the most important fluorescent whitening agents, which is famous for its large kinds and producing capacity in fluorescent whitening agent industry. At present, stilbene derivatives account for over percent of eighty in total producing capacity of influorescent whitening agents, which are extensivety used for whiteliing textile, paper, detergent and astics.
The liquid fluorescent whitening agent 210/220 was prepared by reaction of Cyanuric Chloride with 4,4'-aminostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid (DSD acid) and Morpholine.In the
fixed raw material allocated proportion, the reaction time, the reaction temperature, responded that factors and so on under pH value determines the condensation reaction conversion rate, the purity and the Physico-chemical properties. The first condensation, n(4-aminobenzene sulfonate): n(Cyanuric chloride)=1:1, reaction temperature was 0℃, the volume of ice water was 100g, reaction pH was 3, reaction time was 200 minutes; the second condensation, n(DSD acid):n(Cyanuric Chloride)=0.504:1, reaction pH was 6,reaction temperature was 50℃,reaction time was 120 minutes; the third condensation,n(Morpholine): n(Cyanuric chloride)=1.1:1, reaction pH was 10, reaction temperature was 98℃, reaction time was 120 min.
The enhanced effect of fluorescent whitening agent 210/220 was study by chemical compounding methods. The results showed that it was useful to enhance the effect of fluorescent whitening agents in paper bleaching take advantage of chemical compounding methods.
