摘要：随着工业经济发展，对电力资源的需求越来越大，全国十多个省份都出现不同程度的电力供应紧张状况，其中江西缺电也较严重，而电力能源短缺也将影响国家经济可持续发展。电力企业也在深化改革之中，电力计量工作也为节能降耗作出了自己的贡献，本文讨论了如何运用电力计量实行节能降耗的几点认识。 关键词：电力计量；节能降耗；重要性
