摘要:转炉是炼钢生产的主要工艺,在炼钢流程中产生大量的转炉煤气。这些煤气是优质的燃料,经回收处理后可重新利用。这对于钢铁企业节能降耗和减轻环境污染有着巨大帮助。本文介绍了国内外转炉煤气湿法、干法和半干法回收技术以及利用转炉煤气的最新进展和应用情况。转炉煤气干法除尘技术具有高效能源转换节约新水节能减排清洁环保的技术优势可以大幅度降低水消耗高效回收蒸汽和煤气减少环境污染是当代转炉冶炼实现高效能源转换的关键技术。全面总结分析了目前国内转炉煤气回收的现状、影响回收的原因 .

The progress of converter gas recovery and utilization

Abstract: The converter is the main process of steelmaking药盒, a large number of converter gas produced in steelmaking process. The recent progress and application instance of BOF gas recovery technology by wet dry and semi-dry methods in foreign countries and China were introduced. Basic oxygen furnace(BOF) gas dry dusting technique is the key technology of contemporary BOF steelmaking to achieve high efficient energy conversion, which is provided with high efficient energy conversion, water saving, energy saving and lower emission, environment clean and friendly. A detailed analysis and conclusion was made on the current domestic state of recovery of converter gas and causes affecting the re- covery.
