一、协议目的
鉴于乙方的智能快递柜及便民快递自助服务系统（以下统称“智能柜”）有助于提升双方的工作效率，降低管理成本，为用户提供更加快捷、安全的便民服务。甲乙双方在自愿、平等的基础上，经协商一致，订立本协议。 二、基本情况
一）由乙方在甲方管理的物业内（以下简称“该物业”）安装并运行乙方智能柜。

1.甲方的权利与义务
1）甲方确保在本协议期限内对本小区物业（或网点）有实际的管理权或产权，以有效履行本协议。如在合作期内，甲方对该小区物业（或网点）管理权或产权变更，应提前90个工作日书面通知乙方，并协调乙方做好交接工作。并协助乙方与新管理方或产权方就合同善后事宜进行友好协商，在收到乙方书面确认的情况下，将协议的权利义务转移给下一管理单位或产权方。 2）甲方在其管理范围内协助乙方向业主（使用人）和快递人员使用快递柜系统。甲方提供必要的配合与支持，若业主（使用人）不能正常使用快递柜系统，甲方工作人员须及时通知乙方，便于乙方有效解决。
3）甲方为乙方设备的安装及维护工作提供必要的协助和便利条件，如临时出入、临时停车等。如甲方小区（或网点）需要移动快递柜，须提前通知乙方，经甲、乙双方协商同意后由乙方将快递柜移至新位置继续使用。
4）签订本协议后，甲方应通知其安保部门或相关部门将乙方的设备纳入其安保巡更范围之内，如属于甲方或工作人员故意损坏的，甲方应赔偿乙方实际损失。
5）在本协议期内，未经双方协商一致，甲方不能单方面就快递柜系统向使用者收取费用，不得开启、污损、破坏快递柜系统。甲方不得在快递柜系统外面私自张贴标识、悬挂或搭建附属设备以确保其整洁美观。
6）遇以下情形的，甲方应协助乙方进行简单故障的处理：
A.柜门未有闭合，甲方协助关闭柜门。
B.如有停电、断网、黑屏等简单故障，甲方协助重启快递柜。
