Haining Electronics Magnetic Co., founded in December 2005, is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, production and sales of electronic products for utilities. It is one of four manufacturers of the field in China.
Headquarter of the company situated in Haining technology innovation center and the production base situated in magnetic core center (Yanguan town) which is convenient in transportation and information.
The company established long-term, stable and close cooperation in technology with Zhejiang University, Shanghai University in order to assure the quality of products.
The main products of our company are sendust cores, late-model of iron powder cores. Services covered electron, communication, apparatus and auto control etc. The development and production of sendust magnetic core 26-125 and 14-147 Fe-SI filled up the gaps in domestic industry and became the first company covering full range of the sundust cores.
Our company equipped with Large piece of alloy pulverizer、High-performance pulverizer、New model powder process equipment、High pressure press machine、High temperature heat treating furnace、High vacuum high temperature sintering furnace etc.

一、大体资料
铁硅铝磁粉芯和铁硅磁粉芯具有散布式气隙，且由铁硅铝合金、铁硅合金配比、搀杂和其
独特的生产工艺而造成的。在高频条件下损耗较低，磁致伸缩接近零，而能量贮存能力比铁镍钼（MPP）还要高，与高磁通相一致。可用来代替铁粉芯和新的应用，是开关电源中能量贮存和滤波电感器的理想选择。
低铁硅铝、铁硅磁粉芯比类似尺寸的纯铁粉芯在高频下具有更低的温升。同时它的直流偏置磁场（DC Bias）性能也比纯铁粉芯要好。
