摘 要
本文简介了自行车的发展历程，从而推出了无链传动变速自行车这种新型的设计。把无链传动原理进行了分析，重点进行了变速部分的设计。运用钢球外锥式无级变速器进行部分改装，从而形成了自行车的无级变速装置。该装置通过八个钢球利用摩擦力将动力进行输入输出，用一对斜齿轮进行分度调速，从而使自行车在0.75～1.22之间进行无级调速。实践证明：无链传动变速自行行车比普通自行车更省力，更持久，更受广大用户的喜爱。 关键词:无链传动，钢球外锥式无级变速器
ABSTRACT
This paper introduces the development of bicycle, which is a new type of non chain drive transmission bicycle. The principle of non chain drive is analyzed, and the design of variable speed is focused. The use of steel ball outside the cone type stepless speed changer for part of the modification, thus forming a bike of the stepless speed device. The device uses the friction force of eight steel balls to carry on the input and output, and a pair of helical gears are used to speed the speed of the bicycle in 0.75 ~ 1.22. Practice has proved that: without the transmission of the transmission speed of the bicycle is more convenient than ordinary bicycles, more durable, more popular with the majority of users.
