防水牛津布制造要求》标准解读

ISO 21125:2019《船舶和海洋技术-船用起重机-制造要求》等国际标准。文章介绍了ISO 21125国际
标准制定的背景、标准应用范围和标准主要技术指标，并对其主要内容进行解读，以更好地指导和
促进船用起重机国际标准的实施应用，推动船用起重设备规范化发展。

Abstract: Marine cranes installed on ships are used to lift cargos. The structural types, driving power,
control methods and operating capabilities of marine cranes are diverse in different working scenarios. The
safety of operators and cargos rely on the operation reliability of marine cranes, which is one of the key
focuses of International Maritime Organization, International Labor Organization and International
欠压保护电路Organization for Standardization. Therefore, China proposed several new work items on marine cranes,
including ISO 21125, to promote the standardization of marine cranes in 2016. This paper introduces the
background, the scope, main technical indicators, and interprets the main content of ISO 21125:2019 to
better guide implementation and application of this international standard.
