肿瘤标志物联合检测在消化系统肿瘤中的研究现状及应用前景

【摘要】　消化系统肿瘤的发病率和死亡率均较高，肿瘤标志物与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关，因此肿瘤标志物检测是当前进行癌症筛查和诊断的重要方法之一。但单一的肿瘤标志物检测灵敏度和特异度不高，不利于肿瘤的筛查和早期诊断。因此，开发高效的肿瘤标志物联合检测技术对消化系统肿瘤的早期诊断和具有重要意义。本文系统地综述了消化系统肿瘤标志物联合检测的最新进展，为评价其在消化系统肿瘤诊疗方面的临床应用价值和发展前景提供理论依据。

【Abstract 】　Digestive system neoplasms are tumors with high morbidity and mortality.Tumor markers are implicated

in tumor initiation and development ，so tumor marker detection is one important method for cancer screening and diagnosis in present day.However ，single tumor marker detection is not conducive to the screening and early diagnosis of tumor due to their low sensitivity and specificity.Therefore ，it is important to develop notably efficient methods of combined multiple tumor markers detection for the screening and early diagnosis of digestive system neoplasms.This review summarized current studies of combined multiple tumor markers detection in digestive system neoplasms in order to provide the theoretical basis for the evaluation of its clinical application value and development prospect.

生物标志物（biomarker）是能反映正常生理或病理过程，在早期诊断、疾病预防、药物靶点确定、药物反应等方面发塑木型材

挥作用的生化指标。在消化系统肿瘤中，目前已用于临床的肿瘤标志物有癌胚抗原（carcino-embryonic antigen，CEA）和糖链类抗原（carbohydrate antigen，CA）［1］。多数肿瘤标

志物如鳞状细胞癌抗原（squamous cell carcinoma antigen，SCCA）、神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）、细胞角蛋白19片段抗原（CYFRA 21-1）等临床特异度和灵敏度均较低［2］，且其单独检测对诊断、疗效监测和预后评估的意义不大。因此，开发肿瘤标志物联合检测对肿瘤患者的早期诊断和预防，及时挽救患者的生命具有重要意义。本文综述了不同消化系统肿瘤肿瘤标志物联合检测的最新研究进展，比较了其特异度和灵敏度的差异，希望能为消化系统肿瘤诊断和疗效监测提供新的思路。
