摘要目的分析LED冷光源蓝光灯新生儿黄疸的临床疗效及护理配合效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月我院收治的92例黄疸新生儿作为研究对象,根据抽签法进行分组,将其分为实验组(n=46)和参照组(n=46)。参照组患儿采用普通蓝光灯和基础护理,实验组患儿采用LED冷光源蓝光灯配合针对性护理,对比两组患儿的黄疸持续时间、血清胆红素恢复正常时间、不良反应发生情况及护理满意度。结果:实验组患儿的黄疸持续时间、血清胆红素恢复正常时间均短于参照组,差异较大(P<0.05);实验组患儿的不良反应发生率6.52%低于参照组的23.91%,差异较大(P<0.05);且实验组患儿的家长满意度97.83%高于参照组的84.78%,差异较大(P<0.05)。结论黄疸新生儿采用LED冷光源蓝关灯照射效果较理想,同时配合针对性护理有助于促进症状的改善,降低不良反应的发生风险,并有助于提高患儿家长的满意度,值得临床推广。

Methods: 92 cases of jaundice neonates admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into experimental group (n=46) and reference group (n=46) according to the method of drawing lots. Children in the control group were treated with ordinary blue light and given quality care, while children in the experimental group were given personalized care with LED cold light source blue light. The duration of jaundice, the normal recovery time of serum bilirubin, the occurrence of adverse reactions and the nursing satisfaction of children in the two groups were compared. Results: the duration of jaundice and the recovery time of serum bilirubin in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.52%, which was significantly lower than that in th钢板切割

Moreover, the parental satisfaction of children in the experimental group was 100.00% higher than that in the control group (91.30%), with a significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of icteric neonates with LED cold light source and blue light off is more effective. Meanwhile, personalized nursing can help to improve the symptoms, reduce the risk of adverse reactions, and improve the satisfaction of parents. It is worthy of clinical promotion.

新生儿黄疸是一种较为常见的临床疾病,主要是由于婴儿体内的血清总胆红素水平过高引起的。有研究结果显示,新生儿高胆红素血症的患病人数呈现逐年增加的趋势,严重影响了新生儿的正常生长发育[1]。
