摘  要
近年来,随着生产和技术的发展,机电一体化有了非常大的发展,自动涂胶机在我国机械设备的装配与维修中得到了广泛的应用,这不仅提高了劳动生产率,同时也节省了能源和材料。尤其是在汽车行业,对汽车零部件的结合面有一定的密封性要求,其结合面都需要涂胶,涂胶的精度对于汽车的性能至关重要,自然的对自动涂胶机提出了更高的要求。以往涂胶都是靠工人的手工来完成,涂胶效率极低,而且很难保证涂胶的均匀性和胶体的厚度。ca185
