Abstract: Hydraulic synchronous lifting technology is successfully used in one-time hoisting in the installation project of urea synthesis tower of Datang Chemical Fertilizer Project. The technology is advanced in China, which has accumulated valuable experience for installing super-high and super-heavy equipment in the field of petrochemical field.

大唐呼伦贝尔化肥有限公司位于呼伦贝尔市海拉尔区的“18万吨/年合成氨30万吨/年尿素”工程于2008年开始开工建设;该项目建设中,尿素合成塔的安装是整个项目安装工作的重点和难点,尿素合成塔外形尺寸为:φ2680×23500,设备重量302t ,设备在框架内就位如图1所示:
