单相交-直-交变频电路的设计及性能研究


摘要
随着电力电子技术、计算机技术以及自动控制技术的快速发展,单相交--变频系统也得到了迅速发展,它显著的变频能力,广泛的应用范围,完善的保护效力,和易于实现的变频功能,获到了广大使用者的认可,在运行的安全可靠、安装使用以及维修维护等方面,也给使用者带来了极大的益处。
课题研究的单相交--交变频电路设计主要分为主电路和控制电路部分,其中主电路还分为整流电路、滤波电路和单相桥式PWM逆变电路,而逆变部分则需要用到控制电路,控制电路分为控制电路、驱动电路和保护电路。课题的整流部分选用不可控的桥式整流电路;滤波部分则选用LC低通滤波,获得高频率的交流正弦波输出;逆变部分选用四个IGBT管组成的单相桥式逆变电路。控制电路主要以单片集成函数发生器ICL8038冷却塔平衡管为核心设计的,生成两路PWM信号用来分别控制两对IGBT管;驱动电路则是选用了具备电气隔离的集成驱动芯片M57962L;保护电路选用双D触发器CD4013。用MATLAB软件仿真出设计的电路,其中对纯电阻负载以及电阻电感负载分别进行数据和波形的分析,并采取相关措施使最后输出的波形
接近正弦波。
