摘 要
离合器是手动变速汽车的重要总成，是,在以内燃机作为动力的机械传动汽车中，无论是AMT或MT，离合器都作为一个独立的部件存在。在汽车行驶过程中,驾驶员为了适应不同使用情况(如起步,换档,制动停车)的需要，常常要频繁地踩下,松开离合器踏板,使发动机与传动系暂时分离以中断动力传递,随后又使之逐渐结合,以便传递动力。
本文将介绍轿车离合器的功能、作用、结构，并通过以典型离合器为例，分析轿车离合器的故障原因、解决办法，维修方式，以及如何正确使用、维护轿车离合器，尽量避免离合器的故障发生，延长使用寿命。
