Abstract :For the further analysis of ridge waveguide ,the paper examines the TM11mode cut 2off f requency of ridge waveguide in TM mode with FD TD when ridge is located in different locations ,and gives the change rule of TM11mode cut 2off f requency of single ridge waveguide when the ridge is in different locations ,also the TM 2mode transient field map s and the spectrum map are given.
