摘要
随着新能源时代-氢能源时代的即将到来,氢燃料电池车的逐渐推广使用,能提供高纯高压氢且环保节能的金属氢化物热压缩机成为是近年压缩机界世界范围研究的热点。本文依托863计划项目(NO 2006AA05Z135),设计了金属氢化物单级和双级氢气热压缩机、主要研究内容及成果如下: 对压缩机的运行特性进行了研究,仔细研究了压缩机运行的各条件:吸氢温度,放氢温度,吸氢压力,吸氢时间,放氢时间,循环放氢次数对压缩机三个性能指标:循环平均氢气流量,压缩比,压缩热功效率的影响,得出了各运行条件与压缩机性能之间的普遍关系。 
在运行特性研究的基础上,进行了单级氢气压缩的实验:本文设计的单级压缩机可将氢气由2Mpa提升至35Mpa,,压缩比达17.5,,循环平均放氢量为0.14mol/min,  通过分析知合金在高温时的放氢平台斜度过大,在35Mpa的放氢平衡氢压附近,合金每放出0.5mol的氢气,反应的平衡氢压就要下降6Mpa。 
进行了双级氢气压缩实验:通过两级压缩,在175℃加热温度下反应床内最高压力达到了38Mpa,压缩机较平稳的压出35Mpa的氢气来,单位质

摘要
量合金标况下的循环平均氢气流量为5.4L/(min*kg) 高于国内领先水平。.对第一级压缩在固定放氢压力8.5Mpa情况下进行了单独实验,其循环平均氢气流量达0.384mol/min,绘制了合金在95℃和175℃的压力组成-等温PCT曲线。通过压缩实验发现,反应床有着良好强度和优良的传热传质性能。 
本文所做的应用性研究为金属氢化物热压缩机的进一步发展以及连续式氢气压缩机的研制奠定了重要的基础。

ABSTRACT
Along with the coming of hydrogen energy era and the popularity of  Hydrogen Fuel-Cell Vehicle, the metal hydride(MH) compressor which can afford hydrogen with high pressure and high purity becom
e a hot research spot in the world. Supported by the National 863 Project, This paper designed a single stage compressor and a two-stage compressor. The main contents and conclusions are included as the following:
The operating characteristic of compressors have been studied, Influence of operating parameters such as heat source and sink temperature, operating pressures, the time of hydrogen absorption and desorption on the performance of the hydrogen compressor is presented. the common relationship between the operating parameters and the performance parameters such as average hydrogen flow ,pressure ratio and thermodynamic efficiency of the hydrogen compressor is also concluded.
Based on the research of the operating characteristic of the MH compressor, the single stage compressor is operated, the experiment shows: the single stage

compressor can improve the hydrogen pressure from 2Mpa up to 35Mpa, the pressure ratio reaches 17.5. However, its average hydrogen output flow just reaches 0.14mol/min.
The result of two stage compression experiment shows: at the temperature of 175℃, the pressure in the compressor reactor can reach 38Mpa.The compressor can output hydrogen with pressure of 35Mpa steadily, its hydrogen flow is 5.4L/(min*kg), this speed is the fastest in china .This paper also studies the first stage compression of the two stage compressor separately, the result shows that the average hydrogen flow of the first stage compression reach 0.384mol/min. Both the PCT Curves of the MH at 95 ℃ and 175℃ are drawn .Both the experiments of the single stage compressor and two stage compressor show that: the strength of the compressor reactors are strong enough and the reactors have excellent heat-transfer capability and good hydrogen transmission capacity.
This paper establishes an important basis for the practical research of Continuous MH hydrogen compressor.
