铝及铝合金表面添入二氧化钛后变成坚硬密实的绝缘氧化铝层。

Ematal硬化涂层的特点是有极强的耐磨损, 减摩性能, 对恶劣的大气及化学环境有极强的防护能力。
Ematal涂层还适合复杂形状的精密物体。因其涂层密薄且厚度均匀, 可理想保持被处理部件的尺寸。
低温热管高防护特性
对恶劣的大气及酸、碱、盐等使用环境进行有效防护。(详见附表。)
高表面硬度
根据所采用的合金,Ematal涂层使处理部件得到超过石英和黄玉的表面硬度。(莫氏硬度7:8)。
高耐磨损性
