基于WebGIS适用于英语
和3G的警务指挥调度系统研究与设计作者：乔桥 卓琳 罗伟 罗彧来源：《电脑知识与技术》2012年第03期 摘要：该文针对公安系统的实际需求设计了一个基于WebGIS和3G的警务指挥调度系统。论文首先介绍了警务指挥调度系统的设计思路和总体架构，然后分析了边坡滑模施工Android开发平台和J2EE围墙铁丝网开发架构的优点，最后完成了移动终端和中心平台的软件设计并对其实现方法进行了研究。

Abstract：pc104总线In view of the real requirement of Public Security System, a Police Command and Dispatch System based on the WebGIS and 3G is designed in this paper.Firstly, this paper introduces the design ideas and the sysmetic structure of Police Command and Dispatch Sys? tem. Secondly, it analyzes the advantages of the Android development platform and J2EE development framework. Finally it designs the software of the mobile terminal and the center platform，and studies the implementation method.
