本文在吸收国内外风机的选型设计经验的基础上,以离心风机相似设计为基础,建立了适用于离心通风机设计系统。鉴于传统通风机的设计方法始终是以人为主体,设计环境由手工计算工具、绘图仪器和以纸为载体的资料构成,不论是复杂的计算,还是精细的制图,都必须由设计者亲自来完成。我们采用了CAD技术来进行辅助设计,减少手工绘图时间、提高绘图效率,进而能够促进设计工作的规范化,系列化和标准化。 设计过程中我们采用分工设计、合作完成的原则,小组合作共同完成 离心式通风机的设计全过程。本文主要论述了通风机的设计,完成了对叶轮、机壳、进口集流器、导流片、联轴器、轴等重要零部件的设计,进行计算并根据计算绘制Invertor三维机械图。

Abstract
On the foundation of the lectotype that absorbs the design experience of domestic and international fan, base on the similar design of centrifugal fan, the design system of lectot栅栏式接线端子

In view of the tradition fanner’s design method ,all along withal human for these .design environment is made up by hand computation instrument、drawing instrument and withal paper for bearer and so on. The complicated count and the refined protraction must be completed by the designer .We adopt CAD technology to decrease the time of handwork plot,improve the efficiency of plot,so that it can acquire standardization , serialization and standardize for the design.
We adopt division of labour design, principle of cooperative finish in the design process,and complete the design of 4-72 centrifugal fan by groups working together.The text mostly discuss the stator team’s design of fanner.Complete the most importantly design of stator shell,flange,bed case body,intake chamber,circumfluence ware,diffuser ,volute and so on. And then to make calculation and draw CAD machine instrument graphique by the result of calculation.
