摘要
轮胎是车辆的主要配件,设计时应依据车辆的技术性能及车辆的使用条件,适应车辆发展的需要,并应考虑轮胎结构的合理性、经济性及发展前景,收集有关技术资料,选用先进技术,全面分析进行设计。一般包括车辆的技术性能、行驶道路情况、国内外同规格或类似规格轮胎的结构与使用情况等。
9.00-20-10PR轮胎结构设计是指通过计算、选择、绘图等方法确定轮胎整体及各部件的结构和尺寸并拟定出施工标准及设计辅助工具的过程。
设计主要包括外轮廓设计、胎面花纹设计及内轮廓设计。通过计算得出的数据绘制CAD图纸
外胎总图是一张很重要的技术图纸,它包括外胎断面尺寸图、胎面花纹展开图,外胎侧视图、花纹沟剖面图及主要设计参数表等。

Abstract
The tire is vehicles' main accessories, the design should be based on vehicles' technical performance and conditions of use of vehicles, meet the development needs of the vehicle, and should consider that the tire structure the rationality, the efficiency and the prospects for development, the collection related technical data, selects the vanguard technology, the overall analysis carries on the design. Generally includes vehicles' technical performance, driving road conditions, the domestic and foreign same specifications or similar specification tire's structure and the conditions of use and so on.
The 9.00-20-10PR tire structural design is a process that by calculating, selecting, mapping and other methods to determine the overall tire and the structure and dimensions of parts and worked out the structure standards and design aids.
Design mainly including the outer contour design, tread pattern design and the design inside the contour. Use the calculated data to draw CAD drawings. Tire's assembly drawing is a very important technical drawings, it includes the tire's cross-section size drawing, tread pattern's unfolding drawing, tire's side view, pattern ditch sectional drawing and main design parameter list and so on.
