基于HV9910BLED降压驱动电路设计研究

        要:旧衣服加工设备 LED照明需要稳定、可靠的恒流驱动电路。应用LED驱动芯片HV9910B布鲁加达综合征设计了大功率高亮度LED驱动电路。提出了基于该芯片的设计方案,采用DC/DC降压型拓扑结构,以输出恒定电流的方式驱动LED。重点解析了整个电路的详细设计过程。该电路的输入电压为HDPE多孔加筋缠绕波纹管12 V,可驱动21 W的大功率LED发光,驱动电流达350 mA,并具有PWM调光功能。对该设计的测试结果表明,电路的效率可达89.2%,优于大部分同类电路,且电路的PWM调光线性度良好,性能稳定可靠。该电路所需的外围元器件少,电路结构简单,设计方便,广泛适用于通用的LED照明场合。

        Abstract A stable and reliable constant current driving circuit is needed in LED illumination. A high power and high brightness LED drive circuit with HV9910B chip was designed. A design scheme based on this chip is proposed in which DC/DC buck topology structure is adopted and constant current driving mode is used for LED. The detailed design process of the circuit is described. The input voltage of the circuit is 12 V. The circuit with PWM dimming function can drive two 1 W LEDs connected in series and its driving current is 350 mA. The test result shows that the circuit has the efficiency of 89.2% which is better than other similar circuits监控摄像机支架 and its PWM dimming linearity is good and performance is stable. Few peripheral components are needed in this circuit. The circuit is simple and easy to design. The circuit is suitable for LED illumination in general occasion.
