选题意义：
衡量水泥生产先进与否的标准主要有3个：即产品质量、能耗和环保，而其中能耗是目前各家水泥厂处于领先地位以及保持有效利润必须控制好的一项指标。选取日产5000t的水泥生产线煤磨车间立磨的工艺设计其目的就是更加深刻的熟悉立磨的工作原理，从而全面了解立磨在工作过程中出现的问题，以及解决问题的办法，最终达到节约煤粉制备过程消耗的能量，使水泥厂的利润得到有效提高。 立磨的优点：
1. 由于它是垂直的结构，只需要占用很小的场地面积。
2. 由于结构紧凑，只需要很小的空间。
3. 立式辊磨运行噪音低，其主要的噪音源自棍磨工作、传动马达、减速机系统、密封风机。
